1. Does renting a storage unit require a contract?
   
   Yes, we require all tenants to sign month-to-month lease agreements.
   
   
2. Do you require a credit card to rent a storage unit?
   
   No, a credit card is not required. We do accept credit card payments and you may also use our "Auto-Pay" feature and have your monthly rental payment charged to your credit card each month.
   
   
3. Is your storage facility secure?
   
   Yes, our secure self storage facility is fully enclosed with a security gate featuring computer controlled site entry and exit. We also have 24 hour video surveillance as well as motion detectors. For added security, the property manager lives on-site.
   
   
4. Will I need my own lock?
   
   Yes, you will need a lock to secure your storage unit. We do sell high- quality disc locks, but you are more than welcome to bring a lock you already own. You are the only one with a key to your unit.
   
   
5. When do I have access to my belongings?
   
   We give all new tenants an access code for entry and exit from our facility. Gate hours are 5:00am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week.
   
   
6. How can I make payment?
   
   Your monthly rental payment will be due on the date you originally rent your unit and can be paid in our office during office hours, dropped through our drop slot, sent in by mail, or paid on our website. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MC & AMEX.
